Verent Survey Completion Raffle Terms
Eligibility
a Survey and raffle participation is optional.
b. Participants must be 18 years or older.
c. Only one entry per person is allowed.
d. Employees of Verent Solutions, PBC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
e. Participants must complete the survey in full to be eligible for the raffle.
f. There are no costs or fees associated with participation in the raffle.
How to Enter:
a.Complete the survey provided by Verent Solutions, PBC by 30 October, 2024 (this was revised from 30 June, 2024).
b. Ensure all contact information is accurate and complete. This will be used to notify winners.
Selection of Winners:
a.Winners will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received.
b.The draw will take place on 15 November, 2024. (revised from 10 July, 2024).
Prizes:
a. The number of winners and odds of winning will be determined by the number of participants. There will be a minimum of 1 prize with an additional prize for every additional 100 participants with a maximum of 10 prizes awarded.
b. Each winner will receive a gift card valued at $100.
c. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
d. Winners will be responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize receipt.
Notification:
a. Winners will be notified via email/phone within 7 days of the drawing.
b. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
General:
a. Verent Solutions, PBC reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle and these terms without notice.
b. By entering this raffle, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
c The decision of Verent Solutions, PBC in respect of all matters to do with the raffle will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Privacy:
a.Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with the most stringent Data Protection Regulations and associated legislation in the US. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
b.Entry into the raffle will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
